Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a dependable Floor Care/Commercial Cleaning Technician based in Woodinville, WA. This full-time role involves floor care including carpet cleaning, scrubbing, and refinishing, with an on-site schedule Monday–Friday after 5:00 PM and occasional weekend hours.

Pay ranges $24-$28 per hour DOE. You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and ensure high-quality results for clients across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Experience in floor care (carpets, VCT, and other surfaces).
Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use lifts (helpful but not required).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Valid Washington State Driver's License (required).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform floor care services including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, refinishing, and other surface treatments.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
Complete general cleaning tasks as assigned.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
