Your Role: As a floor associate, you are responsible for organizational tasks such as managing shelves, backroom storage, beverage station supplies, and cleaning supplies. While most of your work involves products we sell, you will also engage on the sales floor, providing excellent customer service. Building relationships with customers, many of whom are local, by learning their names and preferences, enhances their shopping experience and aligns with our goal of Superior Super Service. This role is crucial in helping customers find groceries and household necessities efficiently, creating a seamless shopping experience. No minimum age is required, but being able to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.
