Your Role: As a floor associate, you are responsible for organizational tasks such as managing shelves, backroom storage, beverage station supplies, and cleaning supplies. You will also interact with customers on the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, remembering regular customers' names and preferences to personalize their experience, and assisting visitors with their shopping needs. Flexibility is key, as the business needs change frequently. Expect a fun, fast-paced environment where your role is vital to our success.
