Job Title: Mitigation Technician

Reports To: Mitigation Manager

9. Hourly pay: $20.00 to $26.00/hour based on experience and certifications.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

3. Speak, read & write in English.
4. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
5. Able to pass criminal background check.
6. Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
7. Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

1. High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, demolition and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
2. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
3. Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
4. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
5. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
6. You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
