Qualifications

• New York State Radiologic Technology License.
• New York State Radiologic Technology Permit can be accepted in lieu of receiving NYS License.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Accurately position patients and imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to patients; ensure comfort, privacy and dignity.
