The position supports teller functions, customer service, and sales of banking products. Responsibilities include handling cash, opening accounts, processing transfers, and resolving customer inquiries, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Post–secondary certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to assure customer satisfaction.
• Perform all paying and receiving teller functions.
• Sell, service, and cross‑sell products and services, deposit accounts, loan products, transaction accounts, and safe deposit boxes.
• Open accounts by preparing the appropriate documents.
• Research and resolve customer problems and act as liaison between departments.
