SouthState Bank in Colorado Springs is seeking a Universal Banker to serve as a full-service, single point of contact for customers' financial needs, performing teller and FSR duties to grow relationships.

Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts, handling transactions, explaining policies, complying with regulations, and promoting self-service options; travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Specific Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently, and confidentially according to the South State Bank Service Standards.
• Knows and understands the products and services offered by the Bank, including facts and features, benefits and price structure.
• Identify customer needs and expectations by listening for clues; expand relationships by referrals.
• Open deposit accounts and handle services like stop payments, wire transfers, and maintenance within limits.
• Explain policies and procedures clearly for customers.
• Follow branch security and audit procedures and operate security devices.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Float to different offices to accommodate staffing needs; other duties as assigned.
