The Goddard School in Ashland, VA is seeking Floating Teachers (part-time and full-time) to join our team. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment and support our teachers across classrooms.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
• Meets background check eligibility
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
