Job Description:

Our Floating Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and ensuring excellent customer service and store appearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a positive buying experience for customers.
  • Conduct daily gas price surveys and manage related paperwork.
  • Manage cash deposits, ATM, and lottery funds daily.
  • Maintain accurate fuel inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline, and terminate staff appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and store standards.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate gasoline deliveries and maintain compliance records.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and implement promotional initiatives.
  • Control inventory and cash variances within specified limits.
  • Audit cashier paperwork and ensure store image standards.
  • Report maintenance and environmental issues.
  • Manage price books, security systems, and PDI reports.
  • Schedule and monitor payroll hours.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Assist with store coverage and develop an assistant manager.
  • Attend mandatory training and meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
