Job Description:

Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and ensuring high customer service and store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a quality customer buying experience.
  • Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
  • Make bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
  • Maintain fuel inventory records and report variances.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and inventory standards.
  • Order merchandise and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance and perform employee evaluations.
  • Implement promotional initiatives and monitor cash handling.
  • Report maintenance issues and manage security systems.
  • Perform reports and manage payroll schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Assist in covering store manager vacancies as needed.

Qualifications
