Job summary

codeCampus is hiring a Floating Lead Instructor in Rosemead to join our team for the current school year. You will work with site staff at partner schools, lead STEAM projects, and teach students in TK-8th grade using our curriculum.

Candidates should be available Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM, possess strong communication skills, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Training is paid and ongoing professional development is provided.

Qualifications

• Available to start training immediately (paid).
• Available to work for the current school year and beyond.
• Available Monday - Friday from 2:30PM to 5:45PM.
• Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Willing to go through our professional development training program.

Responsibilities

• Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area.
• Lead STEAM projects/activities for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum.
• Teach students in grades TK-8th.
• Create relationships with parents and students that build on trust and respect.
• Create a safe environment for the students.
• Additional duties as assigned.
