Job summary

PLIMPTON & HILLS CORP INC is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant Float to support multiple Waterware Showrooms across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. The role involves traveling regularly between assigned locations to assist customers with kitchen and bath design, product selection, and remodeling projects.

You will build product knowledge, partner with homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors, and aim to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service across

Qualifications

• Sales experience in kitchen, bath, and/or design.
• Willing to travel regularly between locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High School diploma required; associate degree preferred in design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as floating showroom resource across multiple branches.
• Guide homeowners through renovation projects, product selection, and purchasing.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, plumbers and contractors.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and cross-sell products.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs and showroom materials.
• Meet and exceed sales goals across assigned locations.
