Waterware Showrooms is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant Float to support multiple showroom locations across CT, MA, and NY. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to work with homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors to drive sales.

The floating resource travels between showrooms, assists customers with kitchen and bath design, product selection, and project coordination while maintaining extensive product knowledge and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in kitchen, bath, and/or design.
• Flexible across multiple locations and travel-friendly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and products.
• Results-driven with a strong customer-service focus.
• High School diploma; Associate’s degree in design preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regularly between CT, MA, and NY locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a floating showroom sales resource, supporting multiple branch locations as needed.
• Guide homeowners through kitchen and bath renovation projects, including design assistance, product selection, and purchasing.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, plumbers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales through related product recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidentiality of pricing lists.
• Meet and exceed sales goals across assigned branches.
