Primary Office Location: 500 South Main Street, Lexington, North Carolina, 27292.

Position Title: Floating Senior Relationship Banker

Business Unit: Retail

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for executing traditional consumer banking tasks for retail customers, including branch lead execution, customer transactions, and converting interactions into sales or referrals. Adherence to FNB policies, strategies, and core values is essential. The role may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Promote sales through leads, outbound calls, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
  • Make recommendations for bank products and cross-sell services.
  • Achieve weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
  • Integrate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  • Use branch technology to maintain accurate data for referrals, customers, and applicants.
  • Manage relationships and complete lifecycle according to standards.
  • Assist with daily sales activities, pre-shift huddles, and monitor results.
  • Perform operational duties including teller transactions, opening/closing, cash management, and supplies.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Serve as risk managers by understanding and reporting risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient with personal computers and software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and products.
  • Sales and customer service skills.
  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.
  • Frequent driving required.
