Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years related banking experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Handle all customer facing activities including new accounts, maintenance, and service.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of bank products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with customers.
• May perform teller duties as needed.
• Adhere to teller and banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process transactions with prudent judgment and refer out-of-scope items.
