Job description

Join to apply for the Floating Relationship Banker role at F.N.B. Corporation.

Position Overview:

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads under the direction of the Manager, fulfilling all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into sales or referral leads. The role requires adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may be required to work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
  2. Make appropriate recommendations for cross-selling Bank products and services.
  3. Achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  4. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
  5. Use branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
  6. Complete and manage all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
  7. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other operational tasks.
  8. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

All employees are responsible for understanding, reporting, and managing risks as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is mandatory.

Minimum Education: High School or GED.

Experience: 0 years of related experience required.

  • Proficiency with personal computers and software: MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic)

Licenses/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.

Physical Requirements: Frequent driving (car, van, truck).
