Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a floating Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute and memory care residents in Maine. The role supports assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings across Wiscasset and Brunswick, delivering compassionate therapy and advancing patient independence.

You'll join a therapist-led team, work flexible hours, and use electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with electronic documentation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation with timeliness.
• Be flexible with hours.
