SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work across multiple locations in Ocean County and Monmouth County, New Jersey. We offer career growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities within a supportive team.

The role includes comprehensive benefits from day one, competitive salary ($100,000–$120,000 annually) plus a signing bonus, and a focus on high-quality patient care. NJ licensure is required and WebPT is a plus.

Formación

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and occupational therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Document notes thoroughly and timely to maintain collaborative care.
• Attend and contribute to monthly meetings to improve clinic performance.
• Support company initiatives to advance clinical excellence and patient care.
