The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This on-site role reports out of the Florida home office and supports multiple locations with a travel requirement to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

You will lead and mentor a large leasing team, manage financial plans, and uphold TCC standards of excellence while advancing your career within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an assistant community manager for a 250+ unit property.
