Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC in Texas seeks a Floating Property Manager to support multiple LIHTC communities. The role combines on-site duties with remote support to maintain occupancy, manage recertifications, and assist lease-ups.

Travel between properties in the DFW area is required; 3+ years LIHTC management, strong compliance knowledge, and proficiency in Yardi and MS Office are essential. The position is full-time with a starting pay of $70K+ per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of LIHTC property management experience required.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance (LIHTC, HUD, or related programs).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned properties as needed.
• Proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and operational support across multiple LIHTC properties as assigned.
• Assist with daily property operations, including resident relations, leasing, and file management.
• Manage occupancy tasks such as marketing available units and processing applications.
• Complete and/or review annual and interim recertifications to ensure full LIHTC compliance.
• Support rent collection efforts, including resident communication and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Conduct internal file audits in preparation for upcoming LIHTC, state agency, or investor audits.
• Assist with new community lease-ups, including application processing, move-ins, and compliance file preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and all applicable housing regulations.
• Any other tasks requested by leadership team.

POSITION SUMMARY:
