What You Bring As a Team Member
All teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by transitioning them into organized education from infancy to school age using our curriculum. Responsibilities also include daily care tasks such as feeding, changing, and nap time. Maintaining open communication with parents and team members through our Classroom Management system is essential. Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests from the Assistant Director or Director. As a full-time floater, you will travel between local schools on short notice to assist where needed. Your role as a teacher remains consistent, but you will bring your passion, knowledge, and support across multiple schools as a floating teacher.
