Who We Are Looking For: Experienced and new teachers for daycare, preschool, toddler, and infant classrooms who share our passion for children's growth and development. We foster a nurturing environment where children are inspired to become lifelong learners through engaging curriculum. Our staff ensures children are equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
Floating Teacher Role: Teachers who are interested in traveling between schools will enjoy a four-day workweek and additional travel pay. This role involves supporting multiple locations as needed, bringing your passion and expertise to various classrooms.
Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across multiple domains. Prepare children for kindergarten using our curriculum, assist with daily care routines, and communicate effectively with parents and staff via our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management and lesson planning, while floaters will support multiple classrooms on short notice.

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older (16+ in some states), possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least 6 months of experience or relevant certification/degree for teaching roles. Director roles may require additional credentials depending on state licensing standards.
Compensation: Salary varies based on education and experience, with additional stipends for floaters working across multiple schools.
