The role includes providing therapy in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings, collaborating with rehab staff, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The candidate should hold an active PTA license or be license eligible in Maine, possess strong computer skills, and be flexible with hours to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license or be eligible to practice in ME.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work in a team setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Able to work in a collaborative team and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in assisted living, independent living and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Maintain documentation with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to varying schedules.
