Tender Touch Rehab Services in Brick Township, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist Floater - FT to support multiple facilities within our Skilled Nursing Facility network. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and scheduling flexibility.

You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least one year of SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
