Tender Touch Rehab Services in Brick Township, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Floater for a full-time role in skilled nursing facilities, with compensation of $55-$65 per hour.

As a PT Floater, you will evaluate and treat mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain compliant documentation while traveling between facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply.
• Minimum SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.
• APTA-accredited PT degree (BS/MS/DPT) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
