Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem floating Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to service Senior Living Communities and private homes in the Ellsworth, ME area. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration with rehab staff, maintain documentation, and apply evidence-based therapy to improve patients’ independence and quality of life.

Licensed PT or eligible to practice in the state is required, along with solid computer skills and a careful approach to documentation.

Qualifications

• Current PT license or eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with electronic documentation and clinical record keeping.
• Good attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities and Qualifications: The qualified candidate will: Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the assisted living, independent living and outpatient clinic settings Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment Possess a current PT license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation Work well with others in a team setting Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

• Be flexible with hours.
