Raley's is hiring a part-time Floating Pharmacy Technician who is positive and passionate to support the pharmacy team. You will assist the Pharmacist, handle refills, answer questions, and help customers have a memorable experience while ensuring accuracy and safety.

This safety-sensitive role requires a California state license and residency, with weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within a caring community-focused store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail/pharmacy setting.
• Familiar with processing prescriptions and interacting with customers.
• Compliance with pharmacy policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and pharmacist with daily tasks.
• Answer phones and operate the cash register in the Pharmacy.
• Input data, look up refills, and check prescription pricing.
• Call doctors' offices for authorization to refill prescriptions.
• Receive orders and type pharmacy labels.
• Stock shelves and conduct housekeeping.
• Assist pharmacist with filling prescriptions and pharmacist duties.
