Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Vermont is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team and deliver direct patient care, disease state management, and wellness services in a community pharmacy setting.

You will supervise technicians, participate in ensuring safety and compliance, and contribute to patient counseling and medication optimization. A Pharm.D or Bachelors in pharmacy, NABP credentials, and immunizer certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in state(s) of pharmacy
• Certified Immunizer required
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
