Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Maine is seeking a licensed pharmacist to deliver direct patient care and wellness services within our pharmacy team. You will manage disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and participate in patient-centered care and community health initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy, is licensed in the state, is a Certified Immunizer, and can work a variety of schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians, clerks and pharmacy interns.
