Job summary

American Geriatrics Society is seeking an experienced pediatric R.N. to float across NICU/PICU settings at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL and SCN at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL.

The role is full-time, 36 hours, with nights from 7 pm to 7:30 am and rotating weekends and holidays. The candidate should have 1–2 years PICU/NICU experience, an Illinois RN license, BLS, and must obtain PALS and NRP within six months of start.

Qualifications

• One to two years of PICU and NICU experience required.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent.
• PALS must be obtained within six months of start date.
• NRP certification must be obtained within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for PICU and NICU patients.
• Float between Edward Hospital (Naperville) and Elmhurst Hospital (Elmhurst) as needed.
• Work full-time, 36 hours per week, night shifts 7:00 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends/holidays.
