Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher required or ParaPro Certification.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications within 30 days of hire and kept current.
• Demonstrated ability to support a therapeutic, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide paraprofessional coverage and student support across SCEC programs.
• Travel between SCEC program locations and adapt to daily staffing needs.
• Assist with classroom coverage and support during staffing shortages.
• Support students individually and in small groups under supervision.
• Implement IEP accommodations and behavior support plans as directed.
• Collect and record student data and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, nurses, and administrators.
