Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Floating Occupational Therapist (OT) to assist sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities in Bangor, ME. The OT will travel between facilities, providing comprehensive therapy and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents’ independence.

The role requires an OT license or eligibility to practice in Maine, proficiency with MS Office and electronic documentation, and a flexible schedule to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state
• Experience with sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and electronic documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based rehab environment

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities in Bangor to provide OT services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in electronic systems
• Demonstrate flexibility with hours and travel between facilities
