Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a floating per-diem Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate therapy across assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings in Lewiston and Auburn, Maine. The successful candidate will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, maintain timely electronic documentation, and hold an active OT license or be eligible to practice in Maine.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or OT Assistant license, or license eligible to practice in Maine.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in assisted living, memory care, and sub-acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in assisted living, independent living, memory care, and sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current OT license or OT Assistant license, or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
