Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and TPA licensure.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages.
• Support five Ideal Eye practices across multiple locations.
• Perform comprehensive eye exams and educate patients about ocular health.
• Recommend vision-enhancing products and ensure a high-quality patient experience across locations.
