Overview

A full‑time Floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is available in Southern CT. The floating OT will provide OT therapy services to multiple sub‑acute and skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern CT. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between two or more facilities on one day.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Float to facilities throughout Southern CT to provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in sub‑acute and skilled nursing facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $41/hr – $48/hr
