Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant/Support role to provide direct patient care under general direction. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, request medical records, and assist with patient flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with responsibilities including exam room management, patient education, and support across clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist patients with medical forms and ensure records are complete.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and clinical areas.
• Provide patient service with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
