The Weil Foot & Ankle Institute is seeking a Floating Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative to support multiple podiatry clinics across our network. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Floating Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative (PSR) provides both clinical and front office support to physicians and patients across multiple podiatry clinics. This role assists with patient care, administrative functions, and daily clinic operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and efficient patient flow.
This position requires flexibility to travel daily between Illinois Masonic, Lincoln Park, Rush Downtown, and California clinic locations based on physician schedules and business needs, with occasional travel to other clinics within the assigned region as needed.
