Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Salary range is $18–$20 hourly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting supervisor across assigned departments, shifts, or locations.
• Provide daily directions, coaching and oversight to employees.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and work rules consistently
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance
• Assist with employee training and onboarding
• Respond to operational issues, employee concerns, and equipment or process disruptions.
• Complete required reports, timekeeping approvals and documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance, Quality, HR, and management as needed
• Support continuous improvement, housekeeping and 5S initiatives
