Responsibilities

Floating Managers lead by example, performing tasks related to store operations including customer service, cash register duties, food preparation, housekeeping, merchandise stocking, and other functions.

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating schedules and assigning responsibilities
• Checking task completion
• Staff evaluation
• Setting sales goals
• Inventory management for retail/deli
• Processing invoices
• Managing deli and floor orders
• Food preparation and cooling procedures
• Store inspections and paperwork
• Managing store and deli inventory
• Register procedures and gas price updates
• Knowledge of gas price signage and label making
• Opening and closing stores
• Training (MMP), cigarette ordering, upselling, menu pricing
• Knowledge of EBT/Incomm machines and vendor delivery schedules
• Running sales and flash reports, managing store P&L
