We are seeking a floating Maintenance Technician for four communities located in Simi Valley & Moorpark, CA. The technician will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday schedule; some flexibility is required for occasional overtime and weekend work. The starting salary ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing maintenance duties safely and efficiently, as assigned by the Community Manager.
