We develop, build, own, and manage properties throughout California and Nevada, ranging from 52 to 397 units. We specialize in Tax Credit; Section 42 properties (LIHTC – Low Income Housing Tax Credit). We are seeking a floating Maintenance Technician for four communities located in Simi Valley & Moorpark, CA. The technician will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday schedule; some flexibility is required for occasional overtime and weekend work. The starting salary ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing maintenance duties safely and efficiently, as assigned by the Community Manager.
