Job summary

Sares-Regis Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician II to support multiple properties, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. The role covers turnover, repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance across sites.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of cross-trade experience, read service orders, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Compensation includes $29–$31 per hour, 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses,

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience across trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret service orders and safety documents.
High school diploma or GED; technical school would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Float between properties performing turnover, repairs, and maintenance requests.
Work on external and internal repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers/HVAC, and general upkeep.
Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as scheduled.
Operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
Maintain inventory and related paperwork; keep facilities and equipment orderly.
