Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for Cape Harbor in Wilmington, NC. You will be responsible for maintaining the community and addressing maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on ability with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus building and preventative maintenance experience. A flexible on-call schedule and commitment to the Gables Standard are essential.

Qualifications

• Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community.
• Flexible in your ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
• Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
