Lancesoft is seeking a contingent LVN/LPN in Austin, TX for a part-time seasonal contract. The role involves clinical duties in a MinuteClinic setting, including med administration, patient assessment, and EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates have current LPN/LVN licensure and 1+ year healthcare experience, with familiarity in Primary/Urgent/Emergency care and Epic EMR. Schedule includes 7–10 hour shifts, with some holidays and training blocks.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
• Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and well-being.
• Manage patient access and connect individuals with community resources for care.
• Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and interactions.
• Document patient medical history in electronic health records.
• Interact with patients, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Keep a clean, organized clinic at all times.
