They will embrace our Mission, Vision and Values and actively contribute to our success.**Job Summary:**The position of Floating Loan Coordinator is responsible for working in a small team environment to assist loan officers and loan coordinators in the day-to-day preparation, execution and follow-up of all aspects of loan documentation and tasks. They are also responsible for working within a larger team environment by helping other bank personnel in expanding customer relationships and exceeding customer service expectations. A Floating Loan Coordinator will work in all NWA locations as needed and assist outlying markets remotely unless directed otherwise.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**• Exhibit a sense of urgency to provide the finest customer service at all times and in all forms of verbal and written communication• Greet customers and direct them to proper individuals• Answer phones in a timely manner and efficiently deal with direct customer contact/requests• Assist Loan Officers and Loan Coordinators in their daily work by:* Assisting Customers in completing loan applications* Accurately requesting/reviewing documentation needed for loan closings* Ensure required early disclosures are completed timely* Obtaining required supporting documentation such as credit reports, title work, flood certification, etc.* Coordinating loan closings including funding and fee disbursement* Working technical exceptions* Assisting customers with loan and deposit requests* Perform the following tasks when not filling in for a specific market:* Work technical exceptions for all markets* Maintain organization of Lending Operations folder in SharePoint* Assist Loan Administrator as needed• Provide notary service• Perform all other tasks requested as they relate to the Bank and its functions## Qualifications**Education / Experience:*** High school diploma or general education degree required; additional post-secondary education or training in courses related to the financial services industry is highly desirable* One year of loan banking experience**Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:*** Ability to multitask and prioritize the work assignments according to importance.* Ability to effectively communicate courteously and professionally in English (both written and oral) with customers and team members.* Ability to satisfactorily perform all duties and responsibilities listed above within a reasonable time frame.* Ability to project friendly, courteous and professional image.* Effective listening skills.* Sound reasoning and judgment skills with the ability to solve problems.* Ability to maintain confidentiality.* Ability to utilize all necessary software applications as well as Microsoft Office.* Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively relate to all levels of the Bank staff.**Working Conditions / Environment / Potential Hazards:*** General office environment* May be necessary to work extended hours* Periodic travel between all NWA locations* May include occasional travel to outlying markets* Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions**Physical Requirements**:* Able to sit or stand for an extended period of time* Able to lift up to 20 pounds* Use of fine motor skills
