You will be required to travel extensively throughout California, participating in an on-call rotation to monitor communication and respond to operational needs. An ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in social services and have significant experience in administrative management within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of administrative management experience in a health care setting.
• Two years' experience in a substance use treatment program.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Program on an interim basis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee quality assurance.
• Participate in structured on-call rotation.
