Job summary

EOSIS in New Brighton, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to support admissions and assessments across three outpatient locations: New Brighton, Minnetonka and Eagan. As a floating team member, you’ll cover varying shifts and assist clients on their recovery path.

You’ll report to the Counselor Supervisor and contribute to education and therapeutic interventions, with a $5,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $60,000–$74,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Minnesota license as an LADC
• Experience in admissions and assessments preferred, with flexibility for float coverage

Responsibilities

• Support admissions and assessments across outpatient sites
• Caseload and group facilitation coverage as needed
• Floating team member across New Brighton, Minnetonka and Eagan
