You will use sales skills to highlight features, tour properties, and respond promptly to inquiries while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person.
• Tour prospects and market vacancies to meet occupancy goals.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and lease paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records and collect rent, fees, and deposits.
