Position Overview

Leasing Consultant

Category: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Supervisor: Community Manager
Hours: Typically based on community needs, may include weekends and after-hours emergency services. Full-time: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (approx. 40 hours).

Physical Demands & Screening

Light physical activity (up to 25 pounds), including climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling.

Pre-employment, post-injury, reasonable suspicion, and random drug screens.
