Aspen Square Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing and Marketing professional for the West Valley. You will be the face of our thriving communities, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and delivering memorable experiences from the moment of contact.

Join our team to craft marketing strategies, engage residents with social campaigns and events, and contribute to high occupancy across three properties. Training will equip you to dazzle clients and close deals effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service roles (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Proven sales ability and closing skills.
• Excellent multitasking and quick problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Float between 3 of our West Valley properties and provide exceptional customer service.
• Create marketing strategies including social media, flyers, and resident events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment to reach leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents by providing professional customer service, answering phones, and responding to emails.
• File paperwork, maintain an organized workspace, and support leasing activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Float between 3 of our West Valley properties
• Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valued
• Get creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events
• Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously strive towards reaching leasing and occupancy goals
• Assist current residents and continue to provide them with professional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, maintain an organized workspace, and more

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal.
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
• Must be available to work weekends, including 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• *Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
