Job summary

Rentyl Apartments & Homes is seeking a dynamic Floating Leasing Consultant to support three communities in the Greer, SC area: Vines Creek, Dillard, and Greenville. This rotating role requires travel between properties and weekend work to meet occupancy goals.

You will handle leasing inquiries by phone, text, email, and online channels; conduct personalized tours; close leases, and contribute to resident satisfaction through proactive follow-up and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Ability to adapt quickly while working across multiple properties
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned properties
• Ability to work 3-4 weekends per month

Rentyl Apartments & Homes is seeking an outgoing, sales-driven Floating Leasing Consultant to support three communities in the Greer, SC area. This position will rotate between all three properties based on business and staffing needs - Vines Creek, Dillard and Greenville.

The ideal candidate enjoys sales, meeting new people, and creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. You should be comfortable working in different environments, building relationships quickly, and following up with prospective residents to close leases.

This is a floating position and requires weekly travel between three properties - Vines Creek, Dillard and Greenville.
